Geoff has dedicated his career to addressing domestic and family violence through direct practice, service improvement, and program design. With over a decade of experience spanning child protection, specialist violence intervention, and organisational development, Geoffrey brings a strong understanding of both the human impact of violence and the systems required to prevent it. Geoff has a particular interest in improving service responses, innovation in practice, and intervention designs which focus on safety, and balance accountability with transformational change. As a Director of Violence Prevention Australia, he is committed to helping strengthen ethical, evidence-based, practical, and compassionate approaches to violence prevention.
