Violence prevention training for councils and government

Council staff are often the first point of contact for residents under pressure. Outdoor crews, customer service teams, community workers and leaders see the early signs before anyone else does. Prevention may not be their main job, but they are in the right place to make a difference.
Our training gives staff a shared language and practical tools to act early, to de-escalate safely, and to support one another.
Why councils and government departments choose the C-10
➝ It works in the workplace as well as the community. The C-10 helps staff understand exclusion, bullying and aggression at work, and helps them de-escalate agitated customers.
➝ It fits your existing commitments, including community safety plans, the National Plan to End Violence against Women and Children, and wellbeing and respect-at-work obligations.
➝ It builds a shared language across your community. When council staff, schools, clubs and services all use the same model, prevention messages reinforce each other.
