Nataschja Budel is a visionary leader and advocate for women’s health, wellbeing and equality, with over 20 years of executive leadership experience across not-for-profit, government and corporate sectors. As CEO of the Gympie Women’s Health Centre, she leads strategic growth, governance and service innovation, strengthening access to high-quality, trauma-informed support for women in regional communities.

Nataschja has a background as a Work and Organisational Psychologist, previously registered in both the Netherlands and across Europe (EuroPsy), which continues to inform her approach to leadership, culture and organisational development. She brings strong expertise in securing funding, strengthening organisational sustainability, and driving transformational change, and is deeply committed to driving meaningful, evidence-based action to prevent violence and support safer, healthier communities. As Board Member and Treasurer, she contributes a strategic and values-driven perspective to advancing sector-wide impact.
